An Interface between Focus on Meaning and Focus on Forms-FonF

As a new model of foreign language teaching,FonF is possessed of many merits which have drawn great attention from experts in SLA research,who agree that focus-on-meaning and focus-on-form approaches can be compatible with each other.According to some experimental researches,FonF proves to be more effective than both focus-on-meaning and focus-on-form approaches in that it advocates the integral teaching of both meaning and grammar forms in communicative classes.In FonF classes,learners are more likely to enrich their language system with new grammatical structures and learn to use them so that the fluency,accuracy and complexity of their interlanguage can be greatly improved.
