浅谈高技能人才的培养

如何在新的历史时期做好高技能人才工作，培养一大批数量充足、结构合理、技术精湛、爱岗敬业、适应经济社会发展的高技能人才队伍，具有十分重要的现实意义和历史意义。本文通过对高技能人才概念的阐述．高技能人才培养的意义、高技能人才队伍的现状，以及解决高技能人才队伍培养中存在问题的对策等进行了系统地阐述，旨在为促进高技能人才发展提供有益的帮助。

A Study of the Cultivation of Talents with High-tech

This research is under the guidance of the scientific conception and the new idea of talents. It is based on the requests of talents with high-tech in reviving the development of society and economy. Through the analysis of examples and comparison,the connotation and function of the talents will be illustrated scientifi- cally,systematically,objectively in the development of society and economy. Analyzing the fact of the talents is to suppose the corresponding countermeasures and advice. So it will be helpful for constituting the policies and measures to encourage the growth and development of talents for the government,The aim of this thesis is to quicken the growth of the talents,to promote the development of the society and economy harmoniously in virtue of reviving construction of the talents.
