激励--思想政治工作的重要方法

摘    要:我国社会已进入改革开放、市场经济的新时期,企业员工的人生观、价值观已经发生了很大的变化,出现了许多新情况、新特点。为此,企业思想政治工作应与时俱进,力求改革、创新。本文认为当下企业应努力构建以激励和调动企业员工的积极性为核心的激励机制,并联系笔者工作单位的情况,具体阐述了利益激励、事业激励、榜样激励、情感激励、信任激励、身教激励等六种激励举措及应注意事项。

Abstract:As our society has entered a new period of opening, reform and market economy,great changes have also taken place in the life outlook and values of the entrepreneur employees.Many new circumstances and new characteristics arise.Therefore,the ideological and political work in the entrepreneur should keep up with the times and make reform and innovation.Based on the situation in the author's working place,the paper suggests that the entrepreneur should institute a set of incentive mechanism with arousing and stimulating the enthusiasm of the employees as the core.It expounds the six incentive measures of interest incentive,career incentive,pace-setting incentive,affection incentive,trust incentive and example incentive as well as the points for attention.
