摘    要:肌肉拉伤、膝关节损伤是体育训练中的常见现象,预防方法是充分做好准备活动,运用合理、科学的训练方法与设备.损伤造成后,采用正确的治疗方法,必要时施以手术,循序渐进的锻炼也是伤员康复的重要条件.

Abstract:Injury on the Muscle and knee joint are common in sports. In order to avoid such injury, the preparation exercises and the appropriate scientific training methods and equipment are very important. If injured, the correct treatment must be applied, if necessary, make operation. In addition, proper physical training is helpful for restoration.
