| 摘 要： | 当代高校人才培养模式具有如下四大基本特征:一是在教育理念上,体现"全面素质教育"的当代高校人才培养模式的主导教育思想观念;二是在培养目标上,突出"知识、能力、素质相融合"的当代高校人才培养模式的人才质量标准;三是在培养规格上,注重"基础扎实、知识面宽、能力强、素质高、适应性好"的当代高校人才培养模式的人才规格要求;四是在培养方式上,强调"科学教育与人文教育相融合"的当代高校人才培养模式实现的主要形式。

| Abstract: | Contemporary college talent cultivation pattern has the following four characteristics:1)in terms of teaching concept,it reflects the guiding ideology-the overall quality education;2)in terms of cultivation aim,it stresses the talent quality standard-the combination among knowledge,ability and quality;3)in terms of cultivation norm,it emphasizes the talent requirement-solid foundation,broad knowledge,strong ability,high quality and good adaptability;4)in terms of cultivation approach,it highlights the form of combining scientific education with humanistic education. |
