北京市人口半城镇化研究

改革开放以来特别是实行市场经济体制以来,北京市的半城镇化人口数量和人口半城镇化率整体上呈逐渐增长态势.造成北京市人口半城镇化程度逐渐加重的直接原因,是城市流动人口增长快而流动人口转化为城镇户籍人口的比例低;具体来说,是由北京市经济增长、 产业结构升级带来的对劳动力需求的拉力,其他地区在经济、 社会发展水平上与首都存在的较大差距形成的推力,严格控制城镇户籍人口的政策和不断上涨的房产价格造成的迁移阻力,空间承载力对人口容量构成的现实约束力综合作用的结果.要抑制和缓解北京市人口半城镇化状况,需要采取分流拉力、 化解推力、 减小阻力和提升承载力的综合措施.

Study on Semi-urbanization of the Population in Beijing

Since the reform and opening, especially since the introduction of the market economy system, the number of semi-urbanized urban population and the rate of semi-urbanization have been on an overall upward trend. The direct cause of the gradual increase in the semi-urban population of Beijing is the rapid increase of urban floating population and the low proportion of floating population into urban household population. Specifically, it is the result of the combined effect of Beijing's economic growth, industrial structure brought about by the pull of labor demand, the thrust of other regions in the economic and social development with the capital of the larger gap, the migration resistance caused by strict control of urban household registration policies and rising housing prices and the realistic binding of space carrying capacity to population capacity. To curb and ease the semi-urbanization of Beijing's population, comprehensive measures such as pulling force dispersion, resolving the thrust, reduction of resistance and enhancement of carrying capacity are required.
