| 摘 要： | 本文首先建立了供应链合作伙伴选择的指标体系，采用信息熵方法确定了各指标对应的客观权重，利用PROMETHEE-Ⅱ方法，建立基于“一般性准则”的赋值的优先关系，然后计算每一方案的“正流量”和“负流量”以及净流量，根据净流量值进行方案排序。最后结合案例分析说明了评价体系和评价方法的有效性，通过应用实例表明，整个评价步骤简单明了，排序的思想浅显易懂，应用方便，易于推广使用。

| Abstract: | This paper firstly constructs an indicator system of cooperators of the supply chain,determines the objective weight of each indicator using the information entropy,and constructs the priority relation based on the evaluation of the "common rule".Then the positive flux,negative flux and the net flux of each project are calculated.Finally,the order of the projects is confirmed according to their net flux.The validity of the evaluation system and the evaluation method are shown by a case study.The evaluation steps are simple,the rank thought is easy to understand,and the method can be applied conveniently and promoted easily. |
