| Abstract: | Explains the contemporary impartial of political parties in the West and their ideologies, policies and the attitudes of their members. The social structure, parties' impartial missions and functions and their relationships with respect to the impartial trend are discussed with its causes. Maybe the trend will give an important enlightment to CPC for her further construction. |
