| Abstract: | Business process reengineering is the fundamental rethinking and radical redesign of business processes,in order to achieve dramatic improvements in critical,contemporary measures of performance,such as cost,quality,service and speed.The paper introduces the meanings of exacting logistic ERP and BPR in Tarim oilfield,and analyses the present problems and its reasons of Tarim oilfield logistics,puts forward the suggestion of exacting logistic ERP and BPR in Tarim oilfield. |
