论斯大林模式派的社会主义观

第三世界国家非执政共产党斯大林派，是共产党中的一个派别。苏东剧变以来，他们认真分析了世界社会主义运动的历史，认为第三世界国家的共产党必须汲取苏东剧变的经验教训，坚持马列主义和斯大林主义的指导，通过革命斗争，实现国家独立和民族解放，在此基础上建立社会主义国家。社会主义必须坚持斯大林确立的建设体制，实行公有制、计划经济、按劳分配，必须坚持无产阶级专政。他们认为苏联的解体是由于苏共领导者对马列主义的背叛，并且认为人类的未来必然是属于社会主义的。

Views of Faction of Stalinism on Socialism

Stalinism is a faction of communist party in the third world countries. Though the faction is not the governing party, members of it have carefully studied the history of socialist movement in the world and proposed that communist party in the third world countries must draw lessons from the collapse of Soviet Union and Eastern socialist countries, uphold the guidance of Marxism, Leninism and Stalinism and build socialist countries on the basis of state independence and national liberation. Socialism must stick to proletarian dictatorship and implement the systems defined by Stalin, i.e. public ownership, planned economy, distribution according to work. Moreover, they argue that the disintegration of Soviet Union is due to the government leaders＇ betrayal of Marxism and Leninism and believe that socialism is the definite future for mankind.
