中国行政文化的创新

中国加入世界贸易组织，正是融入世界经济大循环潮流的表现，伴随着改革开放与社会形态的历史转型，原有的行政文化已远远不能适应现代世界发生的深刻变化和我国当代行政管理的发展需要。本文采用归纳法综合众多学者的创新思想，提出从制度、经济、理念等更新以转好型，否则，无论哪一方面的落后，势必都会引来“挨打”。

Innovation in the Chinese Administrative Culture

China＇s accession to World Trade Organization indicates its integration into the world economy. However, with its reform and opening up and the transfer of social formation, the original administrative culture can not meet the requirement of the profound changes and the development of modem administration. Using inductive method, this paper advances some proposals on administration transfer from the perspeetives of system innovation, economy reform and concept update.Otherwise, any backwardness in these perspectives will definitely hinder the development of China.
