| 摘 要： | 高校信息公开,是政府信息公开在教育领域中的延伸.高校信息公开工作给高校档案管理带来了机遇,也带来了挑战.目前高校档案管理中存在:归档意识差,材料收集不全;资金不足,设备落后;处理保密和开放的矛盾上认识模糊;档案工作人员专业知识匮乏等问题,这些问题已成为影响高校信息公开工作开展的桎梏.为了高校信息公开工作顺利进行,各高校档案馆必须采取加强档案材料收集归档工作,加快信息化建设步伐,处理好档案信息公开与保密的关系,采取多种形式增强档案管理人员素质等应对策略.
