人与环境模式改变了问题取向模式只看个人及其问题的理念,特别强调个人与环境之间的互动,注重挖掘和利用服务对象及其系统自身拥有的正向资源,促进个人与环境之间的良性互动。本文以高女士的个案为例,详细论述了人与环境模式应用于社会(个案)工作的富有特色的工作过程和手法,并分析了应用过程中需要注意的问题。

The Application of the Person-environment Model in Social (Case) Work

The Person-environment model changed the notion of the Problem-orientation model and emphasized especially the interaction between the person and environment. It made much of looking for and utilizing the positive resource of the person and his (her) system to promote the benign interaction between the person and environment. Took the example of Mrs. Gao,this thesis discussed the special working process and techniques of this model in social (case) work,analyzed the problems must be paid attention to in the applicative process.
