摘    要:随着酒店业对顾客服务的日益重视,酒店管理者必须理解如何开发、实施和维持有效的培训计划,以便尽可能地提高生产率,减少高浪费、员工不满和高离职率等问题。培训可以在不同的层次水平上执行,从而使培训成为酒店经营中的一种连续性活动。

Abstract:Nowadays greater attention has been paid to good service in the hotel running.In order to avoid problems like low productivity,serious waste,employees’ dissatisfactions and turnover rate,hotel managers should know how to make a training plan and carry it out effectively.And Employee’s training should be carried out continuously at various levels.
