| 摘 要： | 只允许用于商务活动的委托作品约定著作权归属,合同未作明确约定或者没有订立合同的,著作权不归受托人,而归委托人,符合我国《著作权法》立法精神,有利于调动委托人投资企业进行知识创新的热情,以促进知识产权的发展。

| Abstract: | Only the entrusted work used in business activity is permitted to promise the ownership of copyright, and the copyright belongs to the client, not the assignee, if there is no clear contract stipulations or no signed contract the regulation not only accords with the lawmaking spirit of our country's Copyright Law, but also helps to arouse the enthusiasm of corporation of client investing on knowledge innovation, so as to promote the development of intellectual property. |
