| 摘 要： | 企业战略管理是企业发展中的最重要的部分,是企业发展的灵魂,也是构成企业核心竞争力非常重要的环节。制定一个能带动公司走向胜利的公司战略是每一个公司的高层管理团队最优先的管理任务。公司要发展必须要有资金进行技术改造,以适应产业政策纲要中的规定淘汰老产品。
