| 摘 要： | 在苏俄新经济政策时期,列宁针对国内出现的诸多新政治现象和政治行为,要求党正确地予以认识,树立下述科学的政治价值观:实施新经济政策是一个重大的政治问题;党内最可恶的敌人就是官僚主义者;苏维埃国家机关"在很大程度上是旧事物的残余";党内的派别活动"会削弱齐心协力的工作"等等.

| Abstract: | During the period of Soviet Russian New Economic Policy,directed against various domestic political phenomena and actions,Lenin set up such scientific political values-putting new economic policy into effect is an vital political issue;bureaucratism is the most terrible enemy in the Party;Soviet national organizations are "vestiges to a great extent";political factions in the Party will "weaken our joint effort". |
