居民收入差距过大与农产品需求

收入差距过大不仅导致平均消费倾向降低,而且造成巨大的食物消费断层,降息刺激食物消费的作用下降,尤其是在大额刚性支出存在的情况下,收入差距过大必然加大对我国农产品需求的制约。此外,收入差距过大,还间接造成我国农产品出口遭遇国外反倾销、“特别条款”的障碍,制约了我国农产品出口的增长。因此,应采取有利措施,适当缩小居民收入差距,促进农产品需求的扩大。

Oversized Disparity of Inhabitant Income and Agricultural Product Demand

The oversized disparity of income not only causes the average propensity to consume to be reduced, but also creates the giant food expense fault, and reduces function of the decline in the interest rate which stimulates food expends. Especially when the large quantity rigid disbursement exists, the oversized disparity of income inevitably enlarges restriction of agricultural product demand in our country. In addition, the oversized disparity of income also indirectly causes our agricultural product exportation to meet barriers of overseas counter - dumping and "the special clause",and restricts the growth of our agricultural product exportation. Therefore, we should take powerful measures to reduce the oversized disparity of inhabitant income, and promote the expansion of agricultural product demand.
