摘    要:讨论了竞争战略在不同竞争环境中的不同特点,基于中国入世后企业面临的越来越凸显的超竞争环境,论述了合作竞争的目的以及成功实施合作竞争战略的基本条件.

Abstract:This paper discusses different characteristics of competitive strategies in different competition conditions. Based on the hyper-competition conditions which enterprises are facing after China enters WTO, the purpose of the cooperation competition and the basic factors for successful practice of its strategies have been discussed.
