| Abstract: | Since China entered WTO one and a half years ago, a great deal of foreign capital has flowed in, which exerts positive influences on the development of retailing industry in China, and at the same time, has great negative effect on it. In face of the new opportunities and challenges, our retailing industry must take active measures to maintain its existence and development. |
