大胆创新管理模式,积极培育质量文化

渝西学院构建并探索"三标一体"教育质量文化模型,将其作为学校发展战略的切入点和突破口,收到了洗礼办学理念,规范领导权力,落实依法治校,优化资源配置,降低办学成本,提高教学质量等多方面的实际效果,但尚需结合实际去加以完善,才能取得更大的效果,实现全面提高教育质量的根本目的。

Boldly Innovating Management Mode, Actively Cultivating Quality Culture

Western Chongqing University construct and probe into the model in educational quality and culture by means of the practice of the combination of three certificates for ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14000 Environment Management System and OHSMS18001 Occupation Health and Safety Management System, which is regarded as a starting point and a breakthrough in the university's strategic development. Such model has achieved such effect as updating the belief of running school, normalizing the leadership power, implementing the practice of university management according to law, optimizing resource allocation, reducing costs of running school, improving teaching quality. It is also noted that the model needs to be perfected in order to improve education quality in all-round way.
