| 摘 要： | 企业兼并大多数有着多元的动机与原因。就动机而言,主要来源于追求利润和竞争压力两个方面。而公司协同效应或规模经济论、人才资源论、市场垄断论则是企业兼并的原因。企业兼并行为分析则是从更深的层面探讨企业兼并的动机与原因。

Analyses of Motives and Reasons for Enterprise Merger |

| Abstract: | There are many motives and reasons for the merger of enterprises. As far as the motive is concerned, the merger results from profit pursuit and competitive pressure. The efficiency of enterprises' collabration, scale economy, talent resources and market monopoly are the main reasons. So the analysis of enterprise merger behavior is to explore its motives and reasons more deeply. |
