| 摘 要： | 法律语言研究是语言学的一个分支。它的发展经历了三个阶段。本文回顾这三个阶段之后，总结出对其研究的两种方法，即传统的方法和社会学的方法。文章最后对法律语言研究日后的发展提出了第三种研究方法，即批评性的研究方法。

After a quick review of thase tha phases, thes article summarizes major approaches that is the traditional approach and the sociolopcal aPprnach. In the conclusion part, thes article propees the third approach, i. e. the critical approach. |
