| 摘 要： | 对高等学校教育服务的过程及其具体策略进行了论述,高等学校提供的教育服务其过程大体可以分为三个阶段,即服务营销阶段、服务提供阶段、服务评价阶段.针对不同的阶段提出了具体策略,从而实现教育服务质量的提高,促进学生、教师、学校的可持续性发展.
