农民科技增收的分析与思考

农业科技进步,直接提高了农产品的产量,改善了品质,并通过创新品种,增加了农产品的附加值,促进了农民增收。但目前农民在科技增收中,存在着农业科技投入不足、农业科技管理体制不顺、研发推广力度不大、园区幅射带动力不强、农民科技素质较低等问题。为了进一步推进农民科技增收,必须以有力的组织为引导,先进适用的技术为支撑,多元化的投资体系为保障,完善的技术推广体系和系统全面的培训为基础,大力推进农业科技进步。
