| 摘 要： | 道德风险问题严重影响了我国房地产中介业的市场绩效。文章针对现有研究只可虑了房地产中介机构的道德风险倾向,忽略了客户同样有发生道德风险可能性,结合我国实际,系统分析了引发我国房地产中介市场上中介和客户双重道德风险的因素,提出合理的佣金制度是解决这一问题的重要途径,从减少中介和客户双方的道德风险倾向的角度入手,对不同的佣金制度进行了比较,并给出相应的政策建议。
