关于网络资源评价体系的几点思考

网络资源在发展和使用中出现的矛盾影响使用者对其进行有效利用,因此必须建立相应的评价体系以便判断网络资源的价值高低。评价体系应由互相联系的分为若干层次的指标构成,最基础的层次由具体内容、组织形式和运行情况三个总指标组成,然后细分进行更深入的分析。为了增强指标的可操作性,建立包含多个具体元素的网络资源数据库是有效的手段。

Reflections on the Evaluation System of Internet Resources

Contradictions existing in the development and use of Internet resources prevent the resources from being fully utilized. So it is necessary to establish a proper evaluation system to assess the value of Internet resources. The system should consist of several correlated evaluation indexes at different levels, and the basic part should be made up of three general indexes concerning specific content, organization forms and circulation, which are subdivided to be further analyzed. And an Internet resources database with many specific elements should be established to improve the operability of the indexes.
