| Abstract: | Improvement of scientific research ability of col ege counselors are the key and the guarantee to take the road of specialization and profession.Four col ege counselor teams as the research sample,the research situation and restricting factors of col ege counselors were investigated, and on how to develop the scientific research ability of counselors are discussed in this paper. |
