| 摘 要： | WTO是一个以市场为走向服务于贸易自由化的国际组织,WTO规则促进中国经济法律体系进一步同国际接轨.经济法学是一门新兴的法学学科,中国经济法学是一门发展中的学科.必须重新认识中国经济法的本质及其功能,必须重新确认经济法的框架体系与经济法律关系的保护,必须迎对高科技时代对中国经济法的挑战.中国加入WTO对经济法学人才的培养提出了更高的要求.

| Abstract: | WTO regulations promote further combination of economic and legal system between China and the world. Economic jurisprudence is a new and developing subject in legal science and economic law is a developing subject in China. The essence and function of economic law must be considered again, the frame and system of economic law and the protection of economic and legal relations must be reconfirmed. China's entry into WTO has set higher demands for the talent of economic jurisprudence. |
