| 摘 要： | 依托国民教育培养军事人才是事关国家长治久安的一项战略性工程。破解国防生培养工作的突出矛盾和问题,推动国防生培养工作科学发展,进一步提高国防生培养质量是我国依托培养工作中的一个重要课题。坐落在改革开放前沿的华南理工大学,作为首批承担国防生培养工作的高校,对推动国防生培养工作科学发展进行了积极的探索和实践,逐步走出了一条＂三个统一＂和＂三个结合＂富有华工特色的国防生培养工作路子,形成了＂领导重视、组织健全、工作到位、成效显著＂的良好局面。

| Abstract: | The training of military personnel supported by national education is a strategic project related to the national long-term stability.To resolve the contradictions and problems of reserve officers training work,promote the scientific development,and further improve the training quality of Reserve Officers is an important subject of our study.Located in the forefront of reform and opening up and as one of the first group of universities undertaking reserve officers training work,South China University of Technology has gained much experience through hard practice in the work and found a better way with SCUT characteristics for the training. |
