| 摘 要： | 珠三角地区有着大量的中小企业，由于特殊的产业结构决定该地区的中小企业发展受到知识产权问题的制约。该地区的中小企业知识产权意识较淡薄，知识产权的管理水平较低，同时政府的管理方面也存在不足之处，尤其是对知识产权的优惠政策未真正惠及中小企业。对这些问题进行分析、反思，探讨这一地区中小企业的知识产权战略。
