摘    要:叙事研究是提升教师专业水平、培养教育反思能力、分享教育经验的重要途径。叙事研究在实践运用中存在忽略叙事技巧、侧重单向倾诉、叙事堆砌辞藻、含有主观感情色彩、关注教师单个主体等问题。因此,叙事要确保叙事主题突出、叙事真实完整、体现参与过程的各要素、提升实践性知识积累能力。
