氯沙坦对原发性高血压合并高尿酸血症患者血压及血尿酸水平的影响

摘    要:目的评价氯沙坦治疗原发性高血压合并高尿酸血症患者的临床疗效。方法随机选择原发性高血压合并高尿酸血症患者66例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组33例。治疗组给予氯沙坦,50~100mg/d,疗程4周;对照组给予苯那普利10~20mg/d,疗程为4周。两组患者均于治疗前、治疗后1、4、8周测量血压和血尿酸浓度(血尿酸酶中和法)。治疗1个疗程后评价临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前血压无显著差异,治疗后均有下降趋势,两组患者治疗后8周时SBP、DBP水平均较治疗前明显降低(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。两组治疗后血尿酸水平均有不同程度的下降,治疗组较对照组下降的更加明显(P〈0.01)。结论氯沙坦可降低原发性高血压合并高尿酸血症患者的血尿酸水平。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of losartan on blood pressure and uric acid in patients with primary hypertension concomitant with hyperuricemia. Methods A total of 66 patients with primary hypertension concomitant with hyperuricemia were randomly selected and divided into treatment group and control group,33 cases for each. The former was treated with 50 ~100 mg /d losartan for 4 weeks while the latter with 10 ~ 20 mg /d benazepril for 4 weeks. Blood pressure and uric acid before treatment and 1,4,8 weeks after treatment in both groups were measured by uric acid enzyme neutralization,and clinical efficacies after1-course treatment were evaluated. Results Blood pressure had no significant difference between two groups before treatment,which decreased after treatment,and systolic blood pressure( SBP) and diastolic blood pressure( DBP) decreased evidently in both groups8 weeks after treatment than treatment before( P〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01). After treatment,uric acid had different levels of decrease in both groups,which decreased more obviously in treatment group than in control group( P 〈0. 01). Conclusion Losartan can reduce the level of uric acid in patients with primary hypertension concomitant with hyperuricemia.
