| 摘 要： | 目的研究阿司匹林对人结肠癌耐药细胞株Caco-2增殖和凋亡的影响。方法采用四甲基偶氮唑盐（MTT）法测定阿司匹林对Caco-2增殖抑制的影响,流式细胞术（FCM）法检测细胞凋亡指数,电镜等技术。结果不同浓度的阿司匹林对人结肠癌耐药细胞株Caco-2有较强的抑制作用,且呈剂量及时间依赖性。结论阿司匹林能够显著抑制人结肠癌耐药细胞株Caco-2增殖及诱导凋亡。

| Abstract: | Objectives This study aims to investigate the effects of ginsenoside Rg3 on the proliferation and migration of Caco-2 cells.Methods Inhibition of Caco-2 proliferation,apoptosis indexes within human colon cancer cell line Caco-2 cells were respec-tively detected by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium （ MTT） ,flow cytometry （ FCM） and Electron Microscope Technology.Results Differ-ent concentrations of TP showed significant inhibitory effects on human colon cancer cell line Caco-2.Conclusions TP can promote the apoptosis of human colon cancer cell line Caco-2. |
