| 摘 要： | 依据经济学财富创造和财富分配的历史过程和趋势,本文把19世纪以来的经济时代分为三个阶段:机器解放人手的时代；机器解放人脑的时代；消除绝对贫困和收入再分配时代.文中认为,在人手和人脑都获得相对解放之后,财富的收入分配就相继成为一种时代主题.因此注重财富分配和消除贫困是当今理论界和政府应该越来越重视的时代课题.

| Abstract: | According to the economic history and trend of wealth creation and distribution of wealth,this paper divides the economic times since 19th century into three phases: the liberation of hands in 19th century by the use of engine,the liberation of thought in 20th by the use of compute,and the eradication of absolute poverty by income redistribution.This paper claims that after the relative liberation of hands and thought,the distribution of the wealth is going to become the focus problem in 21th century.As the topic of the times,the distribution of wealth and the Elimination of poverty in today’s world,should be paid more and more attention. |
