十年来我国毒品滥用趋势与特点的实证分析——兼论我国毒品治理方向的调整

“在打击中发展,在治理中蔓延”,是我国十年来毒品滥用的基本态势.从毒品滥用结构和种类看,传统毒品滥用仍居主导地位,但近年整体上呈下降趋势；新型毒品滥用增长趋势明显.在性别方面,我国男性毒品滥用一直占主导地位.从年龄结构上看,青少年毒品滥用近年整体比例虽有所下降,但问题仍然突出,特别是新型毒品滥用低龄化趋势明显.在毒品滥用方式方面,当前出现了利用虚拟“房间”,进行网络滥用等新特点.在地域分布上,虽然仍有区域不平衡问题,但毒品(尤其是新型毒品)滥用正在全国范围内不断扩大.当前毒品滥用的趋势与特点为我国今后毒品犯罪治理和禁毒工作提供了方向性参考.

An Empirical Analysis on the Trends and Features about Abuse of Drug in China in the Past Decade

The general trend of abuse of drug in China in the past decade,is drug abuse gradually spreads with the government management.From the perspective of abuse structure and types,the traditional drug abuse still occupies dominant position,but in recent years it presents the overall downward trend,while the new type of drug abuse is significantly increasing.In terms of gender,the Chinese male drug abuse has been dominant.As for the age structure,the overall ratio of adolescent drug abuse has dropped in recent years,but the issue is still serious,especially the younger trend of drug abuse in recent years.In the patterns of drug abuse,some people come to abuse the drug,especially new kinds of drugs with the network and virtual" room".As far as geographical distribution is concerned,the drugs abuse,especially the new drug abuse,is expanding throughout the nation.These drug abuse trends and features are helpful for us to formulate future policy on the drug control and anti-drug work.
