公共服务均等化供给的作用、障碍和对策分析

虽然政府已经认识到了公共服务均等化供给的必要性和重要性,但是中国公共服务均等化程度还在继续扩大.所以,研究公共服务均等化供给的作用和障碍,提出促进公共服务均等化供给的对策依旧具有重要的意义.尤其是在后经济危机时代,解决结构矛盾、促进经济增长就要增加公共支出,我们应该利用扩大公共支出的契机,调整公共支出的结构,提高公共服务均等化供给的程度.

Function, Barrier and Countermeasure of Equal Supply of Public Services

Although our government already recognizes that it is necessary and important to supply public services equally,the level of inequality of supplying public services is still increasing.So it is meaningful to research the function and barriers of equally supplying public services and it is important to seek the measure to resolve this problem.Especially during the post-crisis era,in order to resolve structural conflicts and promote economic growth,we need to increase public spending.Our government should use the opportunity of expanding public spending to change the structure of public spending.Then,we can improve the level of equality of supplying public services.
