| Abstract: | In this paper ,we introduce the development of communication industry,as well as the development of undergraduate communication engineering in our high-level education.Then we discuss the condition of concept of industry and talent cultivation .At the same time,the social requirement condition of communication talent in a few years henceforth is also discussed. |
