| 摘 要： | 在新馆建设的背景下，借鉴长春市图书馆的新馆建设理念与方法，对新馆建设及服务理念方面有了一些设想，在馆舍建筑设计、环境布局、服务手段上提出相应的对策。指出新馆建设要树立人性化服务的观念、定位明确，注重特色资源建设。

| Abstract: | The tentative plan is put forward after visiting Changchun Library, just before the construction of the new library. The constructing design, environment layout and service measures should be human-oriented. The article also proposes thai it is needed to set up a human--oriented service concept, orient clearly and pay attention to construct the special resource features. |
