| 摘 要： | 在大力推行村民自治制度的同时,代表着礼治宗法秩序的宗族势力由于经济、政治、文化和心理原因悄然复兴.宗族势力参与甚至操纵村委会选举过程,渗入并控制村民自治组织,行使村委会的部分职能,影响村干部治村行为,已成为影响村民自治制度的一支不可忽视的力量.我们要多管齐下、综合治理来消除宗族势力.

| Abstract: | In applying the system of self-governance for villagers,clan activities in villages are reviving gradually.These activities featuring consanguinity and hierarchy have produced a series of negative effects on the application of the system of self-governance for villagers.So,in light of the existing clan problem,this article analyses its causes and explores its solutions. |
