| 摘 要： | 英国以土地制度变革为核心的农业革命为工业革命提供了条件和基础；工场手工业的发展为 工业革命提供了物质基础和社会促进力量；海外扩张为工业革命积累了货币资本 ；政治法律体系为工业革命创造了法律环境。英国工业革命给我们的启示是：１．必须加速土 地的集中使用和专业化经营；２．必须加速资本的集中和积聚的速度；３．必 须尽快建立起竞争有序的全国统一大市场；４．加快现代法制建设，提供良好的法律 环境；５．明晰产权，保护个人的经济利益。

| Abstract: | The English Agricultural revolution with land system r eform at the core provided condition and foundation for the industrial revolutio n.The development of handicraft industry provided material base and social promo ting force.Expansion overseas accumulated capital for the revolution.Political a nd legal system provided legal environment for the revolution.The revelations of the English Industrial Revolution are 1/Hasten the centralized use and speciali zed management of land;2/ Hasten the centralization of capital and speed up the accumulation;3/ Set up nationwide market with ordered competition;4/ Hasten the construction of modern legal system;and 5/ Clarify property right and protect in dividual economic interest. |
