| 摘 要： | 随着跨国体育关系的发展,国际体育法学作为一门学科的构建成为可能,而且已经有了一定的理论积淀。国际体育法学的学科体系主要包括三个部分,即国际体育法学基础理论、国际体育实体法、国际体育程序法。在构建国际体育法学的学科体系的过程中,仍然存在三个理论上的难题,即国际体育法的法律性、国际体育法学的理论内核和国际体育法学的范围。
