边缘地带强国与体系性大战

不同于以往现实主义理论主要从权力消长的角度来考察和研究体系性大战,本文尝试从地缘政治角度来阐释体系性大战。自欧洲"七年战争"以来,在多极体系中,体系性大战必然发生在海权强国+陆权强国与边缘地带强国之间,体系中的其他次级强国则分别加入到这两个阵营中,影响着大战的进程与结果;但是边缘地带强国并不必然会与海权强国+陆权强国发生体系性大战。本文将其作为两个世界政治现象提出来,并从不同角度对这两个现象出现的原因进行解释,总结边缘地带强国的兴衰历程,以期为当代中国这个新兴的边缘地带强国提供可资借鉴的启示。

Great Powers in Rimland and the Systematic Major War

Different with the previous realist theory which mainly draws its conclusion from the perspective of the rise and fall of power to study the systematic major war,this paper attempts to study it in terms of ge-opolitics.This paper argues that since the Seven Years＇; War,in a multi-polar system,systematic major war happened between great powers in Rimland and the combination of great sea powers and great powers of Eurasian pivot,and secondary powers joined the two camps respectively,which influenced the process and result of the major war.But great powers in Rimland did not necessarily go to the systematic major war with great sea powers and the great powers of Eurasian pivot.This paper hopes to propose them as two certain political phenomenon and explain the reasons from geopolitical perspective.The rise and fall of great power in Rimland could provide China with a lot of enlightenments.
