论大学生法律素质的培养

实行依法治国,关键在于提高公民的法律素质。大学生是未来法治社会的主体,培养大学生的法律素质是依法治国、市场经济和我国入世的必然要求。本文从提高大学生的法理认识、培养宪法意识、法律权利与义务对等意识和依法办事能力四个方面阐述了对大学生进行法律素质的培养问题。

On the Cultivation of Legal Quality of College Students

The key to car rying out the policy of running a country according to law lies in raising the c ivic legal quality. The college students are main force in future society ruled by law.Cultivating legal quality of the college students is the inevitable requi rements of the policy of running a country according to law, the market economy and the entry of our country into WTO. This paper probes into the cultivation of legal quality of college students from four respects: the understanding of lega l theory, constitution consciousness, legal rights and obligations consciousness and the ability to handle affairs according to law.
