新课程改革下农村教师的心理压力及对策

新一轮基础教育改革从1999年开始实施以来经历准备,试点实验,目前全国正步入推广阶段。在看到新课程改革取得可喜成绩时,也应该关注新课程改革给许多教师所带来的心理压力。而作为一个农业人口占多数的国家,农村教师由于其所处环境以及学校软、硬件设施的限制,他们所承受的心理压力更应该受到我们的关注。本文就试从农村教师的心理压力成因和对策着手进行阐述。

Countryside Teachers'' Pressure and Its Countermeasures'' under the New Course Reform

The new round elementary educational reform have been implemented since 1999.Going through the preparation,tentative experiment,the reform is stepping into the stage of popularization.On making gratifying achievemewts,the teachers' pressure should be paid close attentions.Especially,in our nation,the rural popu- lation is the majority,the countryside teachers suffer the tremendous pressure because of the limits of their envi- ronment as well as the software and hardware facilities of their schools.This article tries to elaborate from the countryside teachers' pressure origin and the countermeasures.
