| 摘 要： | 工程教育改革是一个全球性的时代主题。女性工程科技人才是推动经济和社会发展的重要人力资源，但是，在传统性别文化的社会情境中，创新型工程科技人才性别鸿沟持续存在。文章在阐明了创新型工程科技人才的性别失衡问题的基础上，分析了工程技术领域性别鸿沟产生的性别文化因素，探讨了工程教育的性别文化建构及其对女性工程创新能力的影响机制，提出了构建具有性别平等意识的高等工程教育改革的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | Engineer education reform is a global theme. Female engineers are the important human resources for promoting economic and social development. However, the gender gaps of innovative engineer is a existing problem in gender culture context. This paper explores gender unbalance problems in engineer education from the view of gender and discussed the gender gaps in engineering technology field. It also analyzes the influence of gendered engineering education on female mainly. Finally some solutions and suggestions for improvin~ encineer education are nrovided in gender equal ideas. |
