| Abstract: | From the perspective of vocational ability, this paper analyzes the enterprises＇ interest demands for skill-oriented human capital and internal logic of vocational ability in modern vocational education. It is concluded that the enterprises＇ in- terest demands are consistent with the ability-orientation of vocational education value. Moreover, the essence and the rationality of interest demand in vocational education are demonstrated. |
