| 摘 要： | 社会管理创新对我国和谐社会创建具有重大的理论与实践意义.通过回顾我国社会管理发展的历程、现状、存在的问题以及创新社会管理所面临的挑战,总结出社会管理创新的核心是构建起一套科学且具有可行性的管理系统模式.文章在已有的社会管理理论基础上,提出了社会管理创新的“12345N系统模式”以及在此系统模式的基础上加强和创新社会管理的对策建议.

| Abstract: | Social management innovation has an important practical significance in construction of a harmonious society . Through the review of the social management work history, present situation, the existing questions and the challonges fa- cing the innovation social management, this papor sums up that core of social management innovation is to build up the so- cial management innovation is the core of building up a set of scientific and feasible management system mode. Based on the existing social management , the paper put forward the theory of social control ＂12345N system model＂based on which it also put foruard some countermeasures abone how to strenthen and innovate the social management. |
