| 摘 要： | 中小企业的持续健康发展，离不开律师法律服务的保障。法律服务新模式的核心在于结合中小企业的基本特点，主动满足中小企业多样化的法律服务需求，合理转变现有法律服务模式，探索和创新新的法律服务模式，为中小企业转型升级、实现可持续发展提供保障。

Combined with the basic characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises, the law is the core of the new service model and meets the diversities of legal service needs. The paper explores the mode innovations to realize the transformation and sustainable development of small and medium businesses in China. |
