| 摘 要： | 可持续发展法律将保护后代人的环境利益纳入立法范畴之中，以保障人类的永续生存和发展。代际公平原则明确体现了可持续发展法律对后代人环境利益的保护。在具体法律制度上，欲实现对后代人环境利益的保护，既要完善当代人对地球环境与资源的保护制度，又要赋予后代人环境权。

| Abstract: | The law of sustainable development includes the environmental protection for future generations into legislation category, to guarantee the continuous survival and development. Intergenerational equity clearly reflects the law of sustainable development on environmental protection for the interests of future generations. In order to realize environmental protection for the interests of future generations, we must perfect present environment and resources protection system and also endow the offspring with the envronmental rights. |
